FIFA apologizes for video showing Crimea as part of Russia
The video has been deleted from the organization’s official account.
“Unfortunately, the map of Russia was chosen by the Russian supplier and we did not pay attention to it,” FIFA commented on the situation.
The video was deleted from the FIFA official channel on YouTube later. The Football Federation of Ukraine expressed discontent in connection with the inclusion of Crimea into Russia in the FIFA video.
