Flats used to attract doctors to Pinsk

Pinsk lacks doctors of particular specializations: otolaryngologists, cardiologists and oculists – about 20 vacancies.  The local authorities are aware about doctors’ problems – the main of them are low salaries and too much work. The local executive committee cannot affect salaries and it has decided to attract doctors with the help of flats.

Officials claim that all Pinsk doctors have accommodation now. Two three-room flats are still waiting for doctors to agree to work in the city.
