Former political prisoner Statkevich fined 7.2 million rubles
On Tuesday, September 22, the Central district court of Minsk fined former political prisoner Mikalai Statkevich 7 million 200 thousand rubles (400 dollars). He was penalized for holding an unauthorized rally "For Fair and Free Elections" near GUM in Minsk on September 10.
