Gazprom is ready to invest $500 million into office construction in Minsk

The Russian company Gazprom is not giving up on its office building in Minsk. CEO of the company Beltransgaz, Uladzimir Mayorau said that construction of a multifunctional complex is of great significance for the company. According to him, Komsomolskaya Pravda reports, the company has already paid $17 million for the lease and construction of road junction at the intersection of Nezalezhnastsi Avenue and Filimonau Street in Minsk.
Mayorau said that preliminary construction of the office complex is estimated at $500 million. He stressed that this figure is approximate, as the architectural project has not yet passed the examination and there is no construction project yet. But the price will definitely not be less than the mentioned one.
