Hockey: Belarus goalie Andrei Mezin tries on Dinamo Minsk jersey, meets fans
Belarus goal keeper and the best goali of this year's world ice hockey championship Andrei Mezin today tried on a Dinamo Minsk jersey.
On Tuesday, it was his first meeting with the fans of the Minsk club.
The Dinamo Minsk jersey No 31 was handed over to Andrei Mezin by club's sporting director Sean Simpson.
Mezin noted he was glad to play for Dinamo and would try to help his new team to perform successfully in the Continental Hockey League (CHL), reports Belta.
Mezin was signed by Dinamo Minsk for one year on May 15, 2009.
