Group B: Russia (18 points in 6 matches), USA (11, 6), Belarus (9, 5), Latvia (9, 5), Finland (8, 6), Switzerland (8, 6), Germany (5, 6) and Kazakhstan (5, 6).
Four matches of the hockey championship were played on Sunday: Canada – Sweden (3:2 in the overtime), the Czech Republic – Norway (1:0), Russia – Germany (3:0) and the USA – Finland (3:1).
