Holocaust memorial vandalized in Brest
Flowers were set on fire at the monument to the victims of the Jewish Ghetto in downtown Brest. As a result, the monument was burnt.
Barys Bruk, the leader of the local Jewish organization Brisk, on Monday sent a letter to the city hall, demanding to investigate the act of vandalism and prosecute the perpetrators.
Last December, the monument was vandalized in the same way. Police failed to find the perpetrators.
