Hrodna Azot haults operation of ammonia unit due to natural gas leakage
Hrodna Azot factory today morning haulted operation of the ammonia production unit. "Natural gas leaked from a pipeline near of a building of the Ammonia-3 unit, but ammonia did not leake into the air", Emergencies Ministry spokesman Vital Navitski told the European Radio for Belarus. He said no one was injured and the accident did not affect the operation of the whole factory.
78 rescue workers and 17 vehicles were dispatched to eliminate the consequences of the accident.
