Hurricane damage in Mahilyou district costs over Br1bn

The government will have to spend over Br 1 billion to eliminate the damage after the June 11 storms and hails in the Mahilyou district, the Emergencies Ministry experts said. More than 220 houses, over 50 commercial buildings and nearly 20 administrative constructions were damaged during the storm. The Mahiloyu district was hit the most in the area.
