Iran ready to help Belarus build nuclear plant
Taking into account the friendly relations between the two countries, one can say about Iran's principal readiness to assist Belarus in building and maintaining a nuclear power station, Iran's Ambassador in Minsk Abdalkhamid Fekri told a news conference in Minsk on February 27.
He stressed that assistance could be offered in all the spheres, ranging from funding, training of the Belarusian specialists, the exchange of experience and the installment of equipment, reports Belapan.
The Iranian envoy also noted that Iranian support could be possible on condition that Belarus officially asks Iran to do so and Iran will have a possibility to render assistance.
