Iryna Kryuko wins silver medal at women’s biathlon pursuit in Raubichy

Belarusian biathlete Iryna Kryuko has won a silver medal in the pursuit at the European Biathlon Championship in Raubichy. Our compatriot started in the 11th position and missed only once (0+1+0+0). She maintained a high speed after the last firing line and finished 6 seconds behind the leader.

Russian Ekaterina Yurlova-Percht won the race. Nadine Horchler of Germany finished third. Belarusians Alena Kruchynkina and Dinara Alimbekava took the 24th and 28th positions respectively.
