Kazakhstan supports Belarus in resolving conflict in Ukraine
It is also ready, if necessary, to provide a platform for negotiations on Ukraine.
Kazakhstan fully supports Belarus in its policy of peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. On April 9, Ambassador of Kazakhstan Yergali Bulegenov said so at a meeting with reporters in Minsk.
The diplomat noted the great personal contribution of Alyaksandr Lukashenka to the settlement of the Ukraine crisis. "Thanks to his leadership qualities, he was able to gather leaders in Minsk, providing them with a platform for negotiations," BelaPAN reports words of Bulegenov.
He noted that Kazakhstan can also help in the negotiations over Ukraine and even provide the site, if required. Bulegenov added that this will be done not for PR, "but only for the good of the cause, for the sake of peace."
