Deposed President Bakiev together with his non-official wife and two children has stayed in Belarus upon the invitation of Aliaksandr Lukashenka since April 19. General Public Prosecutor's Office of Belarus refused to extradite him to Kyrgyzstan twice, claiming there had been no legal grounds for that.
