Lukashenka approves Big Family project: 10,000 USD to be paid for the third child
Also for every child born in the family after the third one
The money will be transfered to a deposit account in foreign currency and indexed annually for inflation of the dollar. Duration of the project is 5 years, reports BelTA. The use of funds will only be possible when the child turns 18 years old.
The money may be used to improve living conditions, education, health and establish additional pension fund for mother. Subject to annual indexation after 18-year period, the family will receive about 14 thousand dollars. Before the 18th anniversary of the child, these funds can be used only in case of emergency. For example, when there will be a need for complex medical assistance to any member of the family.
