Lukashenka approves Putin as union state's PM
Belarus's President and the Chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State Alexander Lukashenka today signed a resolution to appoint Vladimir Putin as the Chairman of the Union State's Council of Ministers. This decision was coordinated with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, reports Belta.
