Lukashenka drives 600 km to check roads in eastern Belarus
"Forests and lakes are different when you get out of the car rather then fly above them,” the President noted.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has met winners of international contests, students and the talented youth this Friday. He wished graduates to pass exams with flying colours and to have good vacations. Lukashenka advised that they got acquainted with our country better and looked at the beauty of its nature.
"I drove 600 kilometres to the east yesterday. I wanted to check the quality of our roads and noted with pleasure that our nature, forests and lakes, was different from the nature you see from a plane,” BELTA quotes the President.
Lukashenka asked the youth to love Belarus, to be proud of our Motherland and preserve its independence and sovereignty. “It will be in your hands in the future,” Alyaksandr Lukashenka said. “Learn to notice the good things around you. It will be your source of inspiration for new discoveries and victories. I wish you to have good friends, attentive teachers and parents and read interesting and clever books.”
