Russia will provide Belarus with a loan of 105 billion Russian rubles (about $1.5 billion). The corresponding document was signed on November 16 by the heads of the ministries of finance of Belarus and Russia, the press service of the Belarusian government reports.

This money should be distributed to import substitution projects in our country. It is said that 12 projects have already been prepared for funding.

Earlier, the head of the Belarusian government, Raman Halouchanka, said that $1.2 billion would be directed to civilian projects and about $200 million to military ones.
