Maidan activists released but are called “dangerous extremists”
Ukrainian President Victar Yanukovich has signed the law on inadmissibility of prosecution of participants of protest actions in Kiev.
Yanukovich signed the law on amnesty as soon as he received it from the Verkhovna Rada. The Ukrainian Parliament adopted a law lifting charges from all participants of the protest actions starting from November 21 until the day the law would come into power. Action participants cannot be prosecuted and should be released. These people are also considered to be untried.
Meanwhile, member of the Party of Regions Olena Bondarenko has called action participants “dangerous extremists”, UNIAN reports. They have already said the things worth of “10 years in prison” on the Maidan stage, she thinks.
