Belarusian author's novel shortlisted for Swedish literary prize

The translation of the novel by Sviatlana Kurs (pseudonym—Eva Vezhnavets), What Are You Looking For, Wolf?, has been nominated for the Swedish literary prize Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, the website of the award reads.
The prize, awarded annually for an outstanding work of fiction in a high-quality translation into Swedish, is unique because it equally recognizes the author and the translator. The prize money of 150,000 SEK (just under $15,000) is divided evenly between the two, acknowledging their joint effort and contributions to the work.
What Are You Looking For, Wolf? was translated into Swedish by Krystsina Banduryna and Mikael Nydahl.
The books Time Refuge by the Bulgarian Georgi Gospodinov, All Your Children, Scattered by Beata Umubyeyi Mairesse (Rwanda/France), Herscht 07769 by the Hungarian László Krasznahorkai and To be Several by the Norwegian Steinar Opstad are also eligible for the prize.
