Makei speaks on situation in Ukraine
According to him, the situation is no longer regional, but emerging into the international stage.
"I mean the latest events, in particular, the Malaysian plane shot down over the territory of Ukraine. The issues of regional and international security become the first priority," the Belarusian foreign minister said in an interview to the CTV TV-channel. It was on air at night on July 27.
Uladzimir Makei called the Ukrainian events a well-directed campaign with economic, energetic and political interests standing behind it.
The official noted that Belarus stands for peace and stability coming to Ukraine through the dialogue and interaction of all the forces involved in these processes.
