Medical centres to be checked in Belarus again
The Ministry of Health will conduct them in the second half of 2013. Special attention will be paid to private medical centres.
More than 130 medical institutions will be checked by the end of 2013, Yezhednevnik reports. 40% of them are in Minsk. There will be a wave of check-ups in medical centres. Ecomedservice, Nordin and other well-known centres will be checked again.
Check-ups had to be conducted by the end of May, Minister of Health Vasil Zharko said. However, it seems that they did not have enough time to check everything.
The reason for it was the death of Hrodna inhabitant Yuliya Kubarava, 23, died after a plastic surgery in Ecomedservice. The Ministry of Health investigated the incident and revealed rude violations of the medical assistance rules. The Investigation Committee started a criminal case according to the article “Negligence”.
