Merkel, Hollande, Poroshenko and Putin to meet in Minsk after 3 p.m.

The meeting ‘in the Norman format’ will be held in Minsk on Wednesday. It will be dedicated to the situation in Donets Basin. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President François Hollande, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in the meeting. It will be held in Independence Palace. Alyaksandr Lukashenka is expected to welcome the leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia personally.
