Mikalai Autuhovich meets with Minister of Transport
Ex-political prisoner and entrepreneur from Vaukavysk Mikalai Autuhovich came to Minister of Transport Anatol Sivak. It happened on April 22 when the official had a visiting day in Vaukavysk, Radio Racija reports.
Autuhovich is the founder of the company Nika-taxi 22222. Autuhovich wanted to describe his problems to the Minister.
"I told the Minister about corruption and about the way his employees worked… A said that I wanted to do everything according to the law. My company committed violations, we paid fines for them. Now we have been summoned to the Ministry of Transport. They will make a decision about our license on April 29,” Autuhovich described the details of his visit.
The Minister promised to look into the issue, he said.
Autuhovich also asked the Minister about the car tax: taxi drivers have to pay it twice a year while all the other drivers pay it once a year.
The entrepreneur is satisfied with the meeting because he said everything he wanted to. Now he is waiting for the Ministry’s decision as regards his company’s licence.
