Militants kill seven tourists in Tunisian museum

Armed militants rushed into the museum situated next to the Tunisian Parliament. They opened fire and killed at least 7 tourists and one local inhabitant, BBC reports.

The militants took several people hostage. The area is encircled by the police, the details are still being revealed.

There were no Belarusians among the killed, the Belarusian MFA reports. “The Russian Embassy is checking this information and the details of the events in Tunisia now,” press sectary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dzmitry Mironchyk said.

There were four Poles among the murdered tourists, mass media report.
