Minsk city traffic fare to raise from Br 2000 up to Br 2500
The tickets will become 25% more expensive. The Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Justice will probably coordinate the price increase till Oct.1.
The city enterprise "Minsk-Trans" has confirmed this information to TUT.BY. The reason for the fare increase is higher prices for fuel.
Euroradio reminds, the prices for fuel raised twice in a month. In late August, a liter of АІ-92 was Br 7400, now it is Br 8400. The prices for the diesel fuel raised even more - from Br 8000 up to Br 9200.
The city traffic fare also increased not very long ago last time. On May 25, the prices grew by 17,5% - from Br 1600 up to Br 2000. At that moment, it wasn't planned to increase Minsk city traffic fare till at least the end of 2013.
