Minsk’s response may affect border zone inhabitants
The fact that the EU may impose a ban on the visa issue for Belarusian officials may delay Minsk’s introduction of the visa-free regime for border zone inhabitants. The Lithuanian edition Kauno Diena has made the variant of the Belarusian authorities’ actions public.

The visa agreement with Lithuania may be “frozen” because “not all the Belarusian leader’s decisions are logical”, thinks the expert.
