New Slovak President refuses from salary
Slovakia's president-elect, businessman and philanthropist Andrej Kiska has refused from the presidential salary package.
He has refused from the salary for the whole term in office or 5 years.
The President’s salary is €6600 a month in Slovakia. Andrej Kiska’s annual income made on investments totals around €700 thousand.
Kiska was elected President of Slovakia after a run-off on March 30. He registered almost 60% of votes.
