Next amnesty may be announced in 2010
The next Belarusian amnesty may be announced in 2010. The statement has been made by the head of the National Security Commission of the House of Representatives Victar Huminski. Let us remind you that the House of Representatives has adopted the project “On Amnesty” in two readings today. 4.5 thousand convicts are supposed to be released this year. The state will save almost one million dollars thanks to it, notes “Interfax”.
