Nikas Safronov: I worked with Lukashenka, he's busy with seeding campaigns
An exhibition of the famous Russian artist opened in Brest, presenting a small painting "Lukashenka Dressed in Skaryna Times Style".
The artist has confessed in Brest that he longed for painting a portrait of the Belarusian state leader "in a classical style...live." He allegedly has a corresponding agreement with Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
"He is either shy or modest. He is also very busy: seeding campaigns or something else, all the time. He didn't pose to me specially, I just worked with him a little," kp.by quotes as Nikas Safronov says.
BELTA adds: "I think that he [Lukashenka] does not belong just himself anymore, so he should pose to artists," Safronov has said.
