Activist Nina Bahinskaya's trial postpnoned
Nina Bahinskaya will appear in court later after the judge was busy dealing with another case at the scheduled hour.
Activist Nina Bahinskaya who was detained neat the Red Catholic Church on April 10 will stand trial later. He trial was appointed for 2.30 p.m. on April 13. The woman arrived at Maskouski District Court but her case was found only an hour later. Then it turned out that judge Tatstsyana Motal was busy at another trial.
Nina Bahinskaya left a request for a subpoena and asked to be able to study the case papers. Then she left the court. The hearing will be held later, Radio Liberty reports.
About 15 activists gathered near the Polish Consulate on April 10. They brought flowers, candles and portraits of Lech and Maria Kaczyńskis who had died in a plane crash on April 10, 2010. The activists lit candles near the Red Catholic Church and Nina Bahinskaya unfolded a white-red-white flag. She was detained by the police a few minutes later.
