Obama signs law on support of Ukraine and sanctions against Russia
It has already been approved by both chambers of the Congress.
The law guarantees a $1 billion credit and immediate assistance of $150 million to Ukraine. It was adopted in addition to the U.S. President’s decrees imposing two rounds of American sanctions on Russia, the Associated Press reports.
Barack Obama has also signed the law increasing the financing of the U.S. state mass media broadcasting in Ukraine and its neighbouring states.
