ODIHR experts invited to Belarus
The Belarusian foreign
ministry has invited senior officials of the OSCE Office for Democratic
Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) to visit Minsk "for dialogue on the
improvement of Belarusian electoral regulations and law-enforcement practices,"
Andrey Papow, spokesman for the ministry, said in a statement on Tuesday.
