Omsk barracks collapse: 20 people dead (video)

The number of paratroopers killed in the barracks collapse has increased to 20, Russian mass media report. 18 people were reported dead earlier. 3 soldiers are still under the debris.
Russian President Vladimir Putin condoles with the families of the killed. He has charged the Ministry of Defense with rendering all the necessary assistance to the victims, RBK reports.
The tragedy occurred in the evening of July 12. A four-storey barracks collapsed. According to the preliminary version, it could happen due to recent repair works conducted in the building.
The injured soldiers will be delivered to Moscow by plane.
