One in four Belarusians has mental health problems
During depression
One in four Belarusians has mental health problems. The most common mental disorders are anxiety and depression. About 5% of the population suffers from depression. This was reported by Associate Professor of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology, Psychotherapy and Medical Psychology of the Belarusian State Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences Siarhiej Davidouski, citing "contemporary studies."
"Just think about it - more than 450,000 people need help," Davidouski stressed.
