Opposition preparing ‘Non-freeloaders’ March’ instead of ‘Freeloaders’ March’

The opposition is getting ready for ‘Non-Freeloaders’ March’ instead of ‘Freeloaders’ March’. The action is appointed for March 15, the Constitution Day.  The application for the march from the Academy of Sciences to Bangalore Square will be sent to Minsk Executive Committee in a week, the opposition announced at a press conference in the Belarusian capital on Monday.

There are nine structures in the organizing compete of ‘Non-freeloaders’ March’: the United Civil Party, the Belarusian Party of the Left Fair World, the movement For Freedom, the Belarusian Green Party and the civil campaign Our Home are among them. It is essential that as many as possible people take part in the action, UCP leader Anatol Lyabedzka announced. “That is why we are ready to accept some of the authorities’ terms even though we may disagree with them,” BelaPAN quotes the politician.

The organizers of the march are planning to provide maximum security for the participants. Similar actions will be organized in the provinces. The opposition wants to express a public protest against the President’s Decree ‘On prevention of Freeloading ’.
