People vote for Volha Karach despite she was removed from election race in Vitsebsk

The name of Volha Karach remains on ballot papers, despite she was removed from the local election race for alleged campaign violations.
Euroradio reported earlier that she was removed allegedly for creating hurdles during the rallies with her contender's voters and for distributing balloons.

When voters ask if they can vote for Karach, members of the election commissions says: "Yes, of course". The removed candidate reminds that under the law her name should be crossed out from ballot papers and her protrait should be covered.

Volha Karach's team has continued to monitor elections at the polling stations. She promises to publish all the facts of violations.
