Polish Foreign Minister to meet with Lukashenka in Minsk
Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Witold Waszczykowski's working visit will last two days - 22 and 23 March. Radio Liberty reports that there is a meeeting planned of Witold Waszczykowski with Aliaksandr Lukashenka and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Uladzimir Makey. Belarusian MFA Press Service notes that the ministers "will discuss the whole range of bilateral relations, focusing on economic cooperation, interaction within international and regional organizations, the situation in the region."
On March 22, Witold Waszczykowski will lay flowers on the graves of the victims of Stalin's repressions in Kurapaty. Then he will visit the Polish visa center, which recently moved to the "Galileo" mall. On March 23, the Minister will be in Hrodna to lay flowers at the monument to Eliza Azheshka, he will also meet with the local Poles. Witold Waszczykowski will pay a private visit to the cemetery and Polish school in Vaukavysk - the hometown of his mother.
