Record: 1200 diversionists and instigators revealed in Lugansk
The diversionists coordinated by Russian special services were to organize terror acts and diversions in Ukraine.
Senior Deputy Prosecutor General Mykola Galomsha announced that the actions of 1200 people were being investigated in the Lugansk Oblast of Ukraine. Those people had received funding and weapons from illegal sources. Their aim is to disrupt the presidential election in Ukraine scheduled for May 25.
Yuliya Timoshenko tried negotiating with these ‘instigators’ and ‘diversionists’ yesterday. She negotiated with the militants who had seized the building of Lugansk office of Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) SBU and reportedly reached some ‘agreement on four points’.
