Regnum authors get milder charges in Belarus
The authors of the Russian website Regnum detained in Belarus have been charged with ‘arousing hostility’ (p.1 article 130 of the Criminal Code) instead of a crime committed by a group of people, Nasha Niva refers to the Investigation Committee.
