Ales Byalyatski considered "malicious regime breaker"
The human rights defender informed this in a letter to his wife Natallia Pinchuk.
The convict's wife has told BelaPAN that on the day Byalyatski was writing a letter they made a reprimand act against him and transferred him to a category of malicious regime breakers. In connection with that the political prisoner was deprived of a long-term meeting with his wife which was planned to take place in Autumn.
Apart from that, they limited money transfers to the colony - Br 100 thousand instead of the earlier Br 500 thousand. Let us remind you, the political prisoner is in custody in Babruisk colony No. 2.
It is not excluded that these reprimands will not let Ales Byalyatski to be released under this year's amnesty.
