The format of the action will be the same as on June 7. The organizers ask the participants of the protest action to drive to the Independence Avenue at 19.00 and move along it with a low speed, trying not to occupy the side lanes, which are made for buses.
The reason for yet another dissatisfaction of drivers is today's increase of prices for fuel. The prices have been increased by 3% in average. Let us remind you, the previous "Stop Petrol" action took place on June 7 and had a big resonance. Several hundreds automobiles took part in it. The Independence Avenue was in fact blocked for two hours. Lukashenka ordered to decrease prices for fuel on June 8 then.
