BATE become Belarus champions for 9th time in row (video)
On November 11, the Barysau team defeated "Minsk" 5:1 and secured the champion's title two games before the end of the tournament.
BATE keep the record with regard to the number of golden medals among the premiere league teams. Also, Victar Hancharenka's team remains the first Belarusian club that made it to the Champions' League and Europe League group stages. They won the Cup of Belarus and the SuperCup twice.
Also, on November 11 "Shakhtar" Salihorsk defeated "Nyoman" Hrodna - 4:0. The mountaineers secured silver medals. In theory, they still can try and catch BATE with regard to the number of points, but they will yield to them anyway by other criteria, including the number of victories.
Three more games of the 31st round of the Belarusian Championship took place on November 10. "Dynama" Minsk obtained a minimal victory over "Homel" - 1:0, and compete for the bronze medals.
"Belshina" made it in a goalless draw with "Slavia" - 0:0. "Naftan" Navapolatsk defeated "Brest"- 1:0.
