Byalyatski not to attend father’s funeral regardless of leave of court
The Penalty department has informed his wife Natallya Pinchuk about it.
BelaPAN informs that the political prisoner’s wife received a verbal refusal in the General Prosecutor’s office. Both institutions refer to the fact that such meetings cannot be allowed to people whose sentences have not come into power.
Let us remind you that Pershamaiski District court gave the permission. Human rights activist Natallya Loika told Euroradio that the political prisoner would be delivered to his father’s funeral. However, it has turned out that the other institutions have ignored the permission.
Victar Byalyatski will be buried in Svetlahorsk, Homel Province, on December 27.
