Department store in Hlybokaye flooded
The roof of the building leaks despite recent overhaul
This is not the first case in Hlybokaye. In autumn, right after overhaul, the department store roof was leaking, readers of Euroradio website report.
There's not enough funding in the local budget to repair roads and buildings, but the district authorities plan to host the Cherry Fest this summer.
