Dollar rate has reached 7-8 thousand roubles in the interbank on Monday, Euro - 11 thousand, Russian rouble - 250.
The bank "Moscow-Minsk" has informed to Euroradio that many banks set such rates, but their own administration decided to wait.
Bank: "We'll see how the market reacts to such rates. Our administration decided not to sell currency by now".
