Lukashenka names Viktar Sheiman as new special envoy
Sheiman replaces Valyantsin Rybakou as influential backstage presidential aide.
Rybakou has been appointed to another position, BelTA reports. He was responsible for foreign policy as the presidential aide.
Victar Sheiman has been appointed special presidential aide and left the position of presidential aide in the State Secretariat of the Security Council.
The state leader has signed the corresponding orders today, on January 8.
