Lukashenka greets Castro with his 85th birthday
The legendary Comandante celebrates an anniversary today.
The Belarusian President has noted in his greetings that Belarus and Cuba will develop strategical partnership. He also wished Fidel Castro personally health, strong spirit and success.
Fidel Castro ruled Cuba since 1959 till 2008. He gained power as a result of the Cuban Revolution, which happened after several years of guerilla war. Castro had a complicated surgey in 2006 and in fact could not lead the country any longer. His brother Raul is now the President of Cuba.
