Meeting dated for Lukashenka's visit not allowed in Baranavichy
Entrepreneur and civil activist Mikalai Charnavus wanted to conduct the action on February 12.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka is going to visit Baranavichy cotton association on February 12. Charnavus wanted to hold a republican meeting near the administrative building of the enterprise to draw the state leader's attention to crippling taxes.
However, deputy head of the City Executive Committee Dzmitry Kaststyukevich has not allowed to organize the action. Charnavus was subjected to responsibility for violating the rules of organization of a similar action last November.
The activist was fined for having organized a charity dinner for the homeless at Baranavichy market back then.
