Apart from filling the signature sheets and general commonly declarative
speeches, the military men discussed the actual problems of the
Belarusian army with Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu. The speech of the military
pilot from Lida Heorhi Bukhtarevich was very emotional:
"We are asking Nyaklyaeu that the attitude to the Belarusian army changes, ― says the Reserve Colonel Uladzimir Barouka. ― So it would be quality that's important, not just quantity, in the army. Secondly, the prestige of a military man. A lot of youth leave the army. They see that, for example, policemen live better. They have salaries that big, and live at home, not somewhere in the forest or at perifery... These are questions we asked him and we hope he will not forget them. We hope he will become the Chief Commander".
