OAC moves to former National Library (photo fact)
The Operative Analytical Centre occupies the building in Kirava Stareet, 49.
It is very close to the President's Administration. There is no OAC nameboard on the building of the former National Library depicted on 10-roubels banknotes. It is on one of the other library buildings situated in Kirava Street.
